What fitness level is required for the hikes?
Generally, all our walks require at least a moderate fitness level. They will all take place in the natural environment. Our multi-day hikes are more demanding physically than our day hikes as all participants have to carry a full pack weighing 15 kg on average, and the length is greater as well. If you are concerned about your level of fitness, please contact us to discuss or consider doing a day walk first.
